Although we cannot be held responsible for loss of data, we make every effort to protect it during the process. In the event that the fault lies in the hard drive, we will always offer you the option of data recovery if available.
All our hardware repairs come with a 90 day warranty. In the event that you have a problem, let us know and we will put it right at no further cost.
